Contrei has long-been familiar with us at the Collective. Given his former role as one of the House's spokesmen, he's definitely been dragged out to our collaborative meetings one too many times. Such is the life of a travelling representative - I don't envy his former lifestyle.

As of now, he's currently serving as Vytal's Chief Director after the retirement of our long-time partner Crisanto Alvarez. During the onboarding, he was quite succinct with his answers and never really drifted off-topic. A bit unusual compared to how talkative he usually is, but I suppose the guy just wanted to get this done with as soon as possible.

He seems promising. Not only does he work quite well with Adelaide - who I quite frankly can't read - he seems to be putting a lot of personal investment in the company. He's working on finishing his father's old projects while also planning a number of new ones - most of them seem quite ambitious and could possibly grow not just Vytal, but the Collective's influence in the MPT-industry.

Compared to most of Vytal's workforce, Adelaide is quite taciturn. During her onboarding interview, there were a number of questions that were either answered extremely concisely, or left entirely unanswered. A lot of these revolved around her personal experiences - if the arm is any indication, I guess I understand why she refused to speak...? However, she did choose to speak when the topic revolved around work, so I suppose it's not too big of an issue. I just find it fascinating that the Beratung-20 chose her as one of the Collective's representatives. Maybe she's more confident in those matters.

Originally, she came into Vytal as one of the R&D engineers. Worked really well apparently, that's what Crisanto told me at least. But I think it was pretty obvious that she was brought in for a different reason - to replace her father Friedrich as the Technical Director. And honestly, it seems like it would be a solid approach. Before this, she spent a fair bit of time in the Arctara development team, and before that she went to the EIIT to study MPT engineering. There's probably more to her that I'm missing, but I don't know too much - I'm just an assistant.
