T.O. Basic Evaluation

Pilot Miyahira was a direct recruit of Jules*, and is currently one of Arctara's two main pilots in our HS300 division. Her formal history is relatively short, but her transition from independent technical work to professional racing appears to have instilled a "resource-management" mindset that should serve the team well in high-endurance scenarios. 

Unlike the other candidates that I've interviewed, she's quite grounded and exhibits a more professional attitude in contrast to the "overachiever" and "bigshot" personality types of the other candidates coming in from the HS200 or HS-Super. Her background in the Erios Regionals - particularly her role as a pilot and a technician for underfunded teams - was fairly evident. She spent a significant portion inquiring about the team's maintenance routines and equipment even after being reminded that her role in Arctara would not require her to be thoroughly involved with the process; which may be beneficial for communication between her and the mechanics after flight tests.

Due to the controversial nature of her previous work before her stint in the Erios Regionals, some of her experiences could not be verified officially. When asked, she was quite candid with responding to inquiries about her unconventional entry path, and was very upfront and direct about it. High self-assurance, but without the ego - if I had to describe it. This looks to have extended to her current placement in the HS300, as she appears well-integrated into the team dynamic. She seems to have a pre-existing rapport with Alano Ramos, which should minimize initial operational friction.

A suitable replacement for Elsie*; I'll definitely be watching on my own time.
