T.O. Basic Evaluation

Alano Ramos was placed in the candidate pool under the recommendation of Jules*, and is currently one of the team's two active pilots in our HS300 division. He has an expansive history in racing-sport for his age, which tracks; given his family's heritage in racing-sport.

Given how young he was when he started his career, it's no surprise that the CV forwarded to me had significant interdisciplinarity between various types of racing. This was sent to me prior to our scheduled meeting, so the following interview was mainly confirmation of these experiences and explanations for certain details. The rest of the interview consisted of casual discussion. 

It seems that Ramos has a very keen methodology for racing strategy, which was later proven during his first few practice sessions. Not only did he perform well during practice sessions with his co-operator Elsie*, but he also adapted quickly when going against our other academy pilots. It's a notable thing to witness, though a few of his calls happen to be very volatile - even to the point of costing the team a few positions in some races. Jules has taken measures to reduce these incidents through Ramos' race engineer, though most of his calls are reasonable so it shouldn't be too much to worry about.

Outside of the HS300, Ramos is the usual pilot that Arctara assigns should the team get invited to an invitational event. These events are not limited to sprints, as they also host for the Interplanetary Endurance Series and the Pathfinder Cup. Not only does he appear to enjoy these events, he also performs quite well; consistently placing within the top 10. Should it be necessary, Ramos can easily be placed into our teams in other racing series. Though as of now, he seems to be happy with his current placement in our HS300 team.
