This is a transcript taken from ROD-CAN cameras #7, #4 and #12.

The impact of the crash was claimed to be so violent that pieces from the racer flew out from the canyon and were later found by operatives working outside the canyon's area about 2 miles out. Likewise, the engine of the Revention was later discovered to have fried itself, after initial cleanup procedures on the field discovered several severely burned and charred fragments of metal that originated from the dual fusion ramjet.

This crash currently stands as one of the most violent crashes in HSRL history, beaming almost certain death upon Hiyahati, but when he came out of the explosion alive, it was nothing short of a mere miracle. After the crash, remaining pieces of the Revention that were still in notably decent condition were sent to a scrapyard to be repurposed into other equipment.

(Hiyahati's racer is seen whizzing through Rod Canyon. Multiple people from SHIRE are watching as Hiyahati sets personal best after personal best. Soon after, he heads to land.)

[L.H.] Whoo! Sub 23, baby!

[Quadnine comes over to high-five Hiyahati.]

[C.Q.] Hell yeah! I knew you could do it!

[L.H.] Although, it was barely, but still!

(Other people from SHIRE are seen chatting amongst each other.)

[L.H.] Should I see if I can get a time below 22?

[C.Q.] Go for it! I'm rootin' for ya.

[L.H.] Alright then! Wish me luck!

(Hiyahati closes the canopy, before lining up at the start, spending a few seconds there. Quadnine is seen with his hands clasped together.)

(Soon after, Hiyahati soars away, maneuvering very well throughout half of the course, before he presumably finds himself unable to maneuver. Split seconds after this realization, a loud crash is heard.)

[C.Q.] What the hell was that?

(Quadnine is seen running off camera, presumably to look over a separate balcony.)

[C.Q.] SHIT!

(Quadnine, after about a minute, is seen getting into his racer and speeding to Hiyahati in the SV2 Helion.)

[C.Q.] What the fuck happened?! Are you okay?!

(Hiyahati appears to be visibly limping, one of his legs having a huge gash down the side.)

[L.H.] Ow... I'm fine-

(Hiya then proceeds to collapse, finding himself on his knees.)

[C.Q.] Oh my god, Hiya...

[L.H.] I don't even know what happened...

[C.Q.] I'm so fucking sorry... I know it's not my fault, but-

[L.H.] I-I'll be fine.

Shortly after Hiyahati was spotted outside of the racer bleeding heavily, track marshals made their move and extracted him off the course. He was carried onto the V4A, a high speed quick response medical craft built off a retired V4 "Shiron" model, which has since been repurposed.
